The Shri Naina Devi Ji Temple Trust will celebrate 40 years of its establishment with a two-day festival on December 16 and 17, 2025. Deputy Commissioner Bilaspur, Rahul Kumar, said the event will now be held every year as an annual celebration.
The festival will feature academic competitions at the sub-divisional level, including speech, sloka recitation, science quiz, and painting contests. Sports events like table tennis, volleyball, chess, kabaddi, and badminton will also take place.
The Deputy Commissioner said the District Red Cross Society will organize a blood donation and health check-up camp during the festival. He also announced the launch of the Partners of the Temple scheme by the Temple Trust to honor donors who have contributed regularly to the temple’s development.A grand jagran (devotional night) will also be held, featuring performances by both local and visiting artists.
