Rs 98 Lakh Works Started in Rishi Apartments

MLA Kulwant Singh and Chairperson Prabhjot Kaur Lay the Foundation Stone

Mohali MLA Kulwant Singh inaugurated Rs 98 lakhs developmental works at Rishi Apartments, Sector 70 Mohali. Government has approved this projects after local councillor Sukhdev Singh Patwari’s demands. The move will prove to be great relief for the residents of Rishi Apartments.

On this occasion, District Planning Board Mohali’s Chairperson Prabhjot Kaur was also present. She has got Rs 5 lakh approved from the government for the gym being set up in Rishi Apartments.

While speaking during the event, MLA Kulwant Singh said that development works in Mohali are continuously ongoing, and the government’s main target is to provide basic and modern facilities to every society in the city.

District Planning Board Chairperson Prabhjot Kaur said that the development of basic infrastructure within the city’s societies improves people’s lifestyle, and the government is giving priority to people-friendly projects.

On this occasion, Councillor Sukhdev Singh Patwari from Ward Number 34 said that he considers his ward as his family and has been continuously striving for the development of Rishi Apartments for the past several years. He informed that these development works worth Rs 98 lakh will fulfill the long-standing demands of the residents.

During this event, the Rishi Apartments Owners Welfare Association expressed gratitude to MLA Kulwant Singh, Chairperson Prabhjot Kaur and Councillor Sukhdev Singh Patwari and also honored them. Satpal Ghuman conducted the stage.

On this occasion, Association President Harpreet Singh, while thanking the Punjab government, said that the people of Rishi Society will remain grateful to Kulwant Singh.

On this occasion, besides Joint President Indravati Chobe, General Secretary Puneet Bhardwaj, Treasurer Sunita Reen, Welfare Secretary Sunita Tikkoo, Joint Secretary Tajinder Singh Kular, along with Kamaljit Kaur, Simmi Bakshi, Jasbir Singh Poonia, Rupinder Singh Sarao, Swaranjit Sharma, Shard Bhatt, a large number of Rishi Apartments residents were present.
