MP Raghav Chadha Leaves AAP, To Join BJP

Claims two-third of the ten Rajya Sabha MPs from Punjab Will leave AAP

Delhi, April 24

MP from Aam Aadmi Party Raghav Chadha today announced at a press conference here that he has left Aam Aadmi Party. Accompanying him at the press conference were MP Sanjeev Pathak and MP Ashok Mittal said that they do not agree with the changed political ideology of Punjab and hence they have quit it.

It is pertinent to mention here that Rajya Sabha has 10 MPs from Punjab. Chadha said that more than two third are with them. These other people too have signed the documents of leaving the party and submitted same to the chairman Rajya Sabha has been given documents. They claimed that MP Bikramjit Swahney, Swati Maliwal and cricketer Harbhajan Singh have also left AAP.
