Deputy Commissioner Neha Singh directed all departments to ensure timely resolution of complaints received through the Chief Minister’s Window on a priority basis, stating that negligence in redressal of complaints will not be tolerated.
Presiding over the CM Window complaints review meeting held at the Mini Secretariat for the second consecutive day on Tuesday, the Deputy Commissioner issued necessary guidelines to the concerned officials. She said that departments which have resolved complaints but have not uploaded the ATRs on the portal should do so immediately.
Issuing clear instructions, the Deputy Commissioner said that show-cause notices will be issued to officials who keep CM Window complaint undertakings pending. She directed all concerned departments to ensure that ATRs are uploaded to the portal immediately after the resolution of complaints so that grievances are disposed of in a timely manner and do not remain pending. She specifically directed officials of the ULB, Panchayat Department, ICDS and other related departments to resolve pending complaints at the earliest and upload the details on the ATR portal.
The Deputy Commissioner said that the government’s priority is the speedy resolution of public grievances and all officials must work seriously in this direction.
During the meeting, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Harshit Kumar, JCMC Meetu Dhankhar, CTM Simran, DRO Sushil Sharma, DDPO Manish Malik, Tehsildar Kirti, BDPO Rajesh and other concerned officers were present.
