Citizens’ complaints are being addressed without delay, with concerned departments directed to take swift action, resulting in timely relief and growing trust in the administration.

On Thursday, residents Ankit of Siddharth Colony and Rahul of Kalyan Nagar met Deputy Commissioner Neha Singh at her office and expressed gratitude for the quick resolution of their issues.

Ankit, a resident of Siddharth Colony, had submitted a complaint via email stating that while a new street had been constructed in his locality, the concrete debris from the old street had not been removed, causing inconvenience to residents. Upon receiving the complaint, the Deputy Commissioner called the concerned officials to her office and ensured the matter was resolved without delay.

The Deputy Commissioner also took note of another complaint submitted by Rohini, a resident of village Prahladpur Kidauli, regarding the non-cleaning of a village drain. Treating the matter seriously, she directed the concerned departmental officers to take immediate action.
