CM expresses grief over loss of lives

Seven bus passengers were killed and many injured as the bus veered into a deep gorge near Haripurdhar area of Sirmaur district in Himachal Pradesh today.
The bus was on its way from Shimla to Kupvi via Rajgarh when the accident occurred. Bus driver lost control over vehicle and it skid off the road and fell 60 metres into gorge.
The bus was reduced to a mangled heap of metal. Local residents rushed to the accident site and pulled out victims from before official teams arrives.
CM Sukhu Directs All Possible Asistance To Victims, Families
Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu expressed deep grief over loss of precious human lives in the mishap.
Chief Minister directed the district authorities to provide all possible assistance to the next of kin of the deceased, ensure the best medical care for the injured, and wish them a speedy recovery.
He prayed to the Almighty to grant peace to the departed souls and strength to the bereaved families to bear this irreparable loss.
